Reflagged At Last

Halcyon was named Salutations when we bought her and the hailing port on her stern was Lunenburg NS, Canada.  She was purchased by the previous owners in California and she never made it home to Nova Scotia, just as far as Mexico.  Dreams are like that, one ends, another begins.  Once we bought Salutations the process of obtaining a United States Coast Guard Documentation began.  The process ended today with the raising of the Stars and Stripes on the Halcyon.  We are now a US flagged vessel and as such we are a tiny piece of the United States where ever we go.  Next we will change the name on the hull.
